NEED INFO for IPOD INTERFACE: 2007 A4 with NAV

Hello, I have just purchased a 2007 A4 with the factory NAV and BOSE system and I was wondering what has to be done in order to hook up my Ipod and Iphone.
Any info is appreciated.

I just got a $20 adapter for the tape deck to play my mp3s from an mp3 player, works ok.

I'm also curious what the options are to plug the mp3 player in directly though

The ability to charge and play is what you should be looking. I had a Dension Icelink plus on my B7 S4 (Nav and Bose) and it worked very well but they're discontinued so finding one will be tough. I just picked up the Dension Gateway 100 from Enfig.com for my new B7 (Nav and Bose also) and it works great. Install takes 10 minutes provided you have radio keys. $200. bucks isnt cheap but the sound is far superior than an itrip or tape deck adapter and the fact that the song name displays on cluster is great!
