Ignition coils replaced, now rough cold starts. Help?

Ignition coils replaced, now rough cold starts. Help?
So I took my car to Open Road Audi for the "Voluntary Service recall" for ignition coils. They checked and replaced all the coils 2 weeks ago.
About 2 days ago I went to start my car in the morning for work and and stuttered and died. Turned over again and I had to hold the accelerator down a touch to stop it from dying. After a second or two it smoothed out and ran normally.
Today, it did the same thing, stuttered, died, and when I held the accelerator at took about 10 to 20 seconds before it smoothed out.
It only happens after it's been sitting for some time, it stuttered momentarily after work both times, just enough to cause notice.
Any ideas? I haven't called Audi yet, just seeing what it might be first.
Thanks for any infos.
Cheers,
Ryan

no info, but i had the exact same problem, with the exact same "fix". take care with heavy accelerating lest your sweet ride starts misfiring and the CEL flashes. i can't wait to hear if there is a solution!

I don't know if it would be the RPM sensor as it runs just fine once it gets out of the rough spot.
My buddy suggested that it might need the CPU flashed or remapped due to the new coils. Any ideas other than that?
