Did you clear the codes after switching the coilpacks as I don't know if they will go away by itself. I had multiple "misfire detected" failures within a few weeks with my B6. 2 packs were replaced under CPO as they would only replace those for which codes were shown. The third hasn't come back after the others were replaced.

Are you saying after replacing the items you listed and after clearing codes, the same codes return? If so then possibly new G163 was defective else G163 Wire Harness or ECU has a problem. G163 Wire Harness pinched from previous work? Also recommend to replace engine Coolant Temp Sensor as per your DTC. Flashing CEL under acceleration is because raw fuel is entering exhaust and burning on the metal substrate catalytic convertor(s) causing over temp.

As followed with the Bentley test 1 the one with the led was ok, flashing ok

I also did the second test even if the led was flashing on all 4 cmp sensors.
-Terminal 1 and engine ground=5v ok for all 4.
-Terminal 2 and engine ground ok= samething for terminal 3 and b+
So I jumped to "check phase position of cmp sensor"
Vag com 01-08-093 in display fields 2 I have nothing.

You say your timing belt is cracked and worn. I'm betting it skipped a tooth.

I had the exact same problem with my 02 3.0 6 spd. Even after replacing the timing belt, the shake persisted. It felt as if the idle was too low. I hit a deer and the car was written off. Bought a 1.8t and it idles like silk.
