Default 02 A4 - ECU 8E0 907 279 E - Internal Control Module Memory Error

Hello,

My '02 A4 3.0 Quattro is still experiencing blinking exterior lights and hazard button every 30 seconds. I've connected via vag-com and have retrieved the following error:

8E0 907 279 E
1 fault found:

65535 - Internal Control Module Memory Error
00-00 - -

Should I simply replace this module or would it be possible to reprogram? Can Anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks for your help,

Andrew
