Jump start --> blown electical?
I fixed the oil leak in my 96 Audi A4 and then tried jumping it today. I did what the manual said, I believe. The red + wire from my audi =connect 1, the other side of the red to + of other vehicle. The black - connect to the other vehicle and then to a ground (non - of audi battery terminal),. I did this and when I tried jumping I had the other vehicle at 1500 rpms and tried starting the audi and it made like a poof sound and all the dials (rpm, fuel) went to full, and then the lights shut off and I have not had any electrical since. This was today.
Thanks for any thoughts.

"I had the other vehicle at 1500 rpm"
what was it ? you know you cant jump from a non 12v or bigger battery,, like a big trucks battery could overload your wiring...
as far as boosting.......... always been start with +RED vicitm car, +RED booster car, GND victim ,GND booster, and all good, i may be mistakien bus as long you dont inverse i dont see any problems........

There should be a master fuse in your car, Bentley will confirm size and location. Start by removing driver side dash cover and inspect fuses in fuse panel.

I checked all the fuses that are in the compartment accessible by opening the driver side door and they looked fine. I'll clean the terminals tomorrow and see if that fixes it.
