Question In the market for an A3 but need some advice

Hi all,

Seems like I found the right forum to ask a few questions before I put my hand on my A3. I am currently looking to buy either and 07 or an 08 2.0T. What I am looking for is somehow low mileage, tech and premium package. Sunroof will be a plus. However, I am also torn between adding 4-5k to get a basic 09. Here are some questions that I have before i pull the trigger:

On an 07 and 08:

- If it does not have bi-xenon, can I buy an original kit from the dealer and install it after the fact? I know that we can buy after market ones but I like the fact that they level themselves which from my understanding, the aftermarket ones does not. Is that true? Also, is there any module that need to be added if I add bi-xenon due to some electronic components?

- I heard a lot of issues with sunroof. Can somebody share some experiences with me on what kind of issues you got?

- I am not a crazy hp junky so s-line is not a must for me but it is really worth it if I don't care much about the hp and the seats? I just like the s-line body but I can add that after, right?

On an 09:

- same as my first point for the 07-08 on the bi-xenon. Can it be done?

Hopefully I'll be able to decide soon as it will be a very nice christmas gift.

Thanks y'all!
